Departments and Bureaus are

Specialized divisions within the MU handle specific functions related to research, diplomacy, law enforcement, and other key areas. These departments are integral to the MU’s operations.

 Evolutionary Eligibility Bureau (EEB)

The Evolutionary Eligibility Bureau assesses alien civilizations to determine if they possess the social, technological, and ethical maturity required to join the Milky Way Union, granting access to advanced resources, shared knowledge, and a united galactic network.

Cultural Preservation
Bureau (CPB)

Dedicated to the preservation and protection of cultural artifacts, languages, and traditions of member species within the MU.

Xeno-Biology Division (XBD)

Focuses on studying alien species' biology, ecosystems, and diseases, ensuring species compatibility and managing galactic health concerns.

Temporal Anomalies
Department (TAD)

Specializes in monitoring and managing anomalies in time-space, ensuring temporal stability across the galaxy.

Intergalactic Wildlife
Conservation Division (IWCD)

Protects endangered species and habitats, managing conservation efforts on various planets to ensure ecological balance.

Planetary Terraforming
and Development Agency
(PTDA)

Responsible for transforming uninhabitable planets into livable environments, overseeing colonization and planetary development projects.

Artificial Intelligence and
Robotics Oversight
Bureau (AIROB)

Regulates and monitors AI and robotic advancements to ensure ethical use and prevent potential risks associated with AI development.

Galactic Diplomatic
Relations Council (GDRC)

Manages relationships with non-MU entities and mediates galactic conflicts, serving as the main diplomatic arm of the MU.

Interstellar Trade and
Commerce Bureau (ITCB)

Regulates trade between planets and species, ensuring fair commerce and economic growth across the galaxy.

Galactic Energy
Regulation Commission
(GERC)

Oversees energy consumption, distribution, and sustainable energy development across the galaxy to prevent resource depletion.

Quantum Research and
Development Agency (QRDA)

Focuses on quantum technologies, overseeing breakthroughs in faster-than-light communication, teleportation, and quantum mechanics.

Void Exploration and
Mapping Division (VEMD)

Specializes in charting unexplored regions of space, sending out exploration teams, and managing first-contact protocols with unknown species.

Galactic Health and
Wellness Initiative (GHWI)

Provides healthcare policy, medical supplies, and crisis intervention for all MU members, ensuring galactic public health is upheld.

Galactic Law
Enforcement Agency (GLEA)

Ensures law and order across MU territories, conducting investigations, arrests, and enforcing interstellar law.

Planetary Infrastructure
and Development
Division (PIDD)

Oversees the construction and maintenance of spaceports, transportation networks, and infrastructure on MU member planets.

Cybersecurity and Information
Defense Agency (CIDA)

Protects MU systems from cyberattacks, data breaches, and other digital threats, safeguarding information networks across the galaxy.

Cosmic Disaster
Response Agency (CDRA)

Responds to natural disasters and emergencies, such as asteroid impacts, planetary collapses, or supernovae that threaten life.

Cultural Exchange and
Education Bureau (CEEB)

Facilitates the exchange of knowledge, art, and culture among species, hosting intergalactic educational programs and initiatives.

Galactic Refugee and
Resettlement Program (GRRP)

Handles the relocation and protection of displaced species, providing assistance during evacuations and planetary emergencies.

Astrophysical Phenomena

Research Bureau (APRB)

Studies black holes, neutron stars, dark matter, and other extreme space phenomena, offering insights for scientific and military use.

Galactic Resources
Allocation Committee (GRAC)

Ensures the fair distribution of resources, supplies, and food among planets in the MU, overseeing resource management across the Union.
